This is a highly sought-after, mid-century modern Robert Picault for Longchamp ceramic fish service set. One large fish platter and 147 plates.
Dating from the 1960s, this French faience set showcases Picault’s iconic hand-painted, stylized geometric fish motifs over a striking, high-gloss black glaze backdrop.
Because complete sets are rarely kept together, having a large matching serving platter alongside stacked sets of 14 dinner plates places this group squarely in the premium tier for collectors of Robert Picault's work.
