Elegant, late 20th century silver-plated basket featuring an oval silhouette, scalloped rim, and intricate pierced sides with repeating diamond and trefoil motifs. A broad swing handle arches over the basket and folds down when desired. Lovely lined with a linen napkin for bread or rolls, filled with decorative objects, or used to display small guest towels in a powder room. Its reflective finish and lace-like openwork complement traditional, English country, and romantic cottage interiors.
The dimensions given below are for it with the handle up. The basket itself is 4.5" tall. Will be carefully packaged with plenty of materials to help ensure its safe arrival at its new home. Please message me if you have any questions.
