An exceptional attributed to Dessin Fournir, featuring an elegant black finish accented by beautifully detailed gilt decoration. Inspired by classical European furniture, this sophisticated piece combines dramatic sculptural form with timeless architectural elegance. This piece appears unmarked.

The gracefully shaped rectangular top features a subtle serpentine silhouette, finely molded apron, and contrasting gold trim. Four boldly carved cabriole legs display magnificent scrolling volutes, classical foliate detailing, and delicate gilded accents, terminating in elegant scroll feet.

The rich ebony-toned finish creates a striking contrast against the warm gold highlights, emphasizing the craftsmanship and sculptural beauty of the design.

Equally stunning in a grand entryway, behind a sofa, or as a statement piece in a formal living or dining room. Its dramatic proportions and refined detailing make it particularly well suited to interiors inspired by classical European design, sophisticated traditionalism, or contemporary maximalism.
