Vintage brass cachepot or jardinière planter featuring a ribbed, fluted body and an embossed rim with a studded pattern. The vessel features a richly patinated brass finish, a deeply fluted body, and a distinctive band of applied domed studs encircling the rim.
The elegant classical form and warm brass surface embody the refined decorative aesthetic popular in luxury American interiors of the period. Equally suited as a planter, wine cooler, or decorative vessel, the piece complements Palm Beach, English Country, Traditional, and Hollywood Regency interiors.
In good vintage condition with some wear and lots of patina. One domed stud is missing.
