It’s gorgeous and features an articulating Peacock fan design that can be folded up. The feathers are in a filagree style. The center caddy is heavy brass and has Neoclassical Edwardian design elements. We believe this is English because it appears that in the center on both side is a coin element that appears to have Queen Elizabeth in the center. However, there is no marker on the piece to assist in confirming this theory
