The broad integral handle rises in a pronounced arch and is cut with intersecting diagonal lines that create a geometric diamond lattice. Below, the rounded bowl incorporates an angular raised point beneath the handle, concentric decorative bands, and a frosted foliate laurel festoon encircling the upper section.

Dense crosshatch cutting enriches the lower body, while the interior base is centered by a radiating starburst surrounded by additional geometric facets. The contrast between matte engraved decoration and polished transparent surfaces gives the piece strong optical depth and brilliance. Dating to the late 20th century, it reflects traditional European decorative glass craftsmanship and functions equally well as a centerpiece, vanity accessory, or collectible handled bowl.
