Stamp of the Galleria Bellini, Florence, on the back. Accompanied by a photo certificate from the Lo Zodiaco art gallery. Carlo Domenici, one of the leading figures of the Gruppo Labronico (a group of painters founded in Livorno and active since 1920 with the aim of promoting Livorno art), dedicated his paintings to the Tuscan landscape, focusing on three areas in particular: the Maremma, with its farmers and animals working in the fields; his hometown of Livorno; and the island of Elba, where he lived in his final years until his death. Here, the figure of a shepherdess tending her flock of sheep in the countryside is depicted: a typical subject of Domenici's work, rendered in his signature style of rapid, bold brushstrokes. Presented in a frame. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
