They are all done out in nature and are loose and spontaneous, worked with a palette knife for lots of texture. This painting features a large cloud in white and soft gray that fills the sky above a light teal band. Below, patchwork fields of yellow, ochre, and rust roll toward a violet and blue horizon. These paintings are done on canvas and then mounted on a birch panel, then framed. The oil paintings are 8"x8" square, with an Ampersand solid maple float frame bringing the finished outer size to 9"x9". This is a great size for a bookshelf. Signed on the back and ready to hang.
