An exceptional vintage Amalfi Tuxedo Garden Sofa designed by Mario Papperzini and produced by JANUS et Cie, ( No maker’s marks or labels are present). This iconic design beautifully captures the elegance of neoclassical garden furniture, combining architectural detailing, clean proportions, and timeless sophistication.
Expertly crafted from iron, the sofa features a striking geometric lattice design across the back, sides, and seat platform. Four decorative spherical finials accent the corners, while slender straight legs connected by elegant X-form stretchers provide both visual lightness and structural stability.
The deep, generously proportioned seat is complemented by its original white outdoor cushions, including a full-length seat cushion, upholstered back and side cushions, cylindrical bolster pillows, and four additional loose back pillows.
