Early 19th-century English work table crafted from exquisite Indian rosewood. The hinged top opens to reveal internal open compartments, offering functional storage space. The structure is enhanced by elegant metal inlays that accentuate its refinement. Below the top, a rounded drawer adds further practicality. The finely shaped legs are connected to the base by a similarly shaped stretcher, providing stability and a touch of sophistication to the overall design. A piece of furniture that combines aesthetics and functionality, typical of English craftsmanship of the era. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
issues arising from misattribution
