Crafted in France circa 1970, the tall, round vessel features a gently tapered body, thick glass construction, and a beautifully ridged and scalloped rim.

The exterior is richly ornamented with deeply cut and etched floral motifs, including blossoms, elongated leaves, and radiating starburst patterns. The varied facets catch and reflect the light, giving the clear glass a brilliant appearance from every angle. A narrow polished band encircles the mouth, while the underside is finished with an elaborate star-cut design.
